Sunday 30th May is your chance to show support for Leeds Rhino Legend Rob Burrow and raise vital funds for MND and SITraN.

As well as the 20 mile run/walk challenge from Leeds to Keighley there is also the option of taking part in a 10k virtual run to show your support for the rugby league legend.

Run 1 – Leeds to Keighley 20 miles

Entry Fee £25 (all profits to MND and SITraN)

Starting at the Leeds/Liverpool Canal Basin runners/walkers will be set off in staggered groups from 8.30am to arrive at Keighley’s Cougar Park in time for the 3pm kick off.

(Please note there is a regular train service from Keighley to Leeds in operation).

Keighley have kindly agreed to provide a discounted ticket for the game to all participants.

The Club would like to thank South Leeds Lakers Running Club  for their help in organising the event and ensuring it is carried out in a Covid Secure manner.

All participants will receive a special edition “I Ran for Rob” scarf.


Run 2 – 10K Virtual Challenge

Entry Fee £15 (all profits to MND and SITraN)

This event is for those who are unable to partake in the 20 mile challenge but still want to show their support.  Simply complete a 10k in your local area on the 29th/30th May and post your photo on the Hunslet Facebook site.

All participants will receive a special edition “I Ran for Rob” scarf.
