Hunslet legend and popular front row-forward Steve Pryce was inducted into the Hunslet Hall of fame in September 2018.
‘Stevo’ as he is known throughout the game played for the Hawks during the 90’s and 2000’s making 255 appearances and scoring 25 tries for the Hawks.
He played in some of the club’s greatest matches of them eras, including the 1997 Plate Shield defeat to Hull KR at Wembley and the 1999 Northern Ford Grand final win over Dewsbury Rams.
Signing in 1994, he played in the first ever game at the South Leeds Stadium and was a member of the 1997 2nd division winning side.
He played his last game for the club in 2004 and was granted a benefit year following his ten years service to the club.
