The Voice of the Fans event, hosted by Supporters Direct, provides a platform for Rugby League fans to debate the key issues and challenges facing the modern game.

The event, held at University of Huddersfield (Heritage Quay) on the 25th October 2014, will invite fans to unite and develop a path for the future of Rugby League.

Super League General Manager Blake Solly will open the event with a keynote speech about forthcoming changes to the. League Structure. Attendees will then have the chance to learn about how the Game’s Heritage Programme is committed to conserving the past and providing access to The Games’ rich history.

Supporters Direct will be delivering a session on the Supporters’ Trust movement and how it is integral to delivering robust club and supporter relations. This includes a dedicated session on Supporter Liaison Officers following the success of the role in other sports across Europe.

The closing session provides You with a unique opportunity to speak directly to the RFL who will be hosting a fans consultation. They want to hear from you on what they can do better, what they should be focussing on and how they need to change to be more accountable to all the supporters of the sport in the future.

This is a must attend event for all involved in Rugby League and a fantastic day out at the new lottery funded Heritage Quay in Huddersfield.

Tickets are available from just £5* per person and includes lunch. Don’t miss your chance to have your voice heard.
