Hunslet have entered into a new arrangement with our merchandise partner Tuff Sportswear for the new season.
CEO Neil Hampshire explainedย “There is more work involved in the merchandise process than people may realise, for what is a relatively low return for the Club. One of the biggest criticisms all clubs receive is around delivery times. With this in mind we have reviewed the process with our merchandise partner Tuff and agreed to fully outsource the online process to them for the new season. This should see up to 2 weeks improvement in the delivery time as customer orders go directly to them, and they dispatch directly to the customer.”
Neil went on “As well as the improvement in delivery times it lifts a considerable admin burden from our limited staffing resource, thereby freeing up valuable time to concentrate on other priorities. There will still be merchandise on sale in the shop on match days.”

Hampshire explained “We are still in discussions with a number of potential shirt sponsors, which we need to finalise before the shirts go into production. The simple fact is these sponsors are likely to generate significantly more income for the Club than Christmas sales.ย Supporters can still choose from an extensive merchandise range to make sure Santa is kept busy over the festive period.”
