Hunslet have retained the services of three of last season’s most impressive performers in the shape of Harvey Hallas, Josh Jordan-Roberts and Lewis Wray. Hallas (a former supporters Player of the Season) signs on for his fifth season whilst Jordan-Roberts (who played in every game last season) re-signs for a fourth season in his second spell at the club.
Lewis Wray, who was influential off the interchange bench suffered an injury late in the season and was missed in the Play-off eliminator.
All three players will be key to Coach Dean Muir’s side. Having previously coached Hallas at Keighley Muir will know the forwards strengths whilst Jordan-Roberts and Wray’s reputations go before them.
The players stressed they would like to ‘right the wrongs’ of last season, where having finished in the best position the club has finished in over ten years the play-off campaign ended in disappointment.
All three players are fan favourites and cannot wait to get underway with the Coaching team and squad.
