Hunslet have signed 20 year old Back Rower Sam Campbell for the 2025 Season.

The Dublin born former Irish youth international was at Halifax last season, and had a spell on loan to Whitehaven, having previously come through the Huddersfield Giants Academy.

Dean Muir commented “Sam is young and very enthusiastic and he wants to learn. He is coming to Hunslet with the intention of playing and wants to take this opportunity. He is an exciting raw talent who plays with his heart on his sleeve and we are excited so work with him.”

Having learnt his Rugby at amateur level in Ireland Hunslet’s push to stay in the Championship could be Campbell’s time to shine as Dean Muir’s squad takes on another exciting young player.
