Lifelong Hunslet fan Michael Walworth passed away on 10th November 2021 after struggling with health issues in the last few years.
Michael (Mick) attended Hunslet games from the 50โs at Parkside, up to recently until his health unfortunately stopped him attending in the last couple of years.
He was at the 1959 Championship Final at Odsal, and 1965 at the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley. He then held a season ticket for many years and regularly attended games home and away.
Michael will be sadly missed by all family and friends. We would also like to thank the club for opening the Phoenix bar for the wake after the funeral on 29th November.
