Hunslet RLFC have taken the decision to hold their Early Bird prices for the coming season.

CEO Neil Hampshire explained  “We have listened to feedback from a number of supporters that the uncertainty of the Salford and Fev situations was delaying their purchase of season tickets.  The good news is that Salford are now confirmed for the 2026 season under a new consortium, and the process is well underway to resolving the problems at Fev.”

Neil continued “We are delighted for all Salford supporters that their Club lives to fight another day.  Our fixtures look much more attractive with their famous name included. From conversations with the RFL I’m sure there’ll also be more good news around Fev shortly.

“As I’ve previously said, no club is immune to financial pressures, and as a Board we continue to work hard to control costs and generate revenue. Our main sponsors Jason Peterkin and Andy Herrick at 247 blinds and the ever generous Tony Levison have again committed for 2026, and our new Commercial Director Andy Crone has also secured additional sponsorship. On the back of that, the Board have committed to an increased playing budget which has been invested well by Kyle and Keith, as can be seen by the way the squad is shaping up, with potential additions still to come. But we can’t expect others to commit to the Club financially without also asking our loyal supporters to play their part.

“So I’d make a plea to all of those that haven’t done so already to purchase a season ticket and take advantage of these great offers. Alternatively, if you can afford it, then why not become a member and part owner of our great Club? After all, that’s what supporter ownership is all about, and what better time to do it than the dawn of a new era for the sport.”
