Hunslet fan Kathryn Todd had never climbed a mountain in her life – until this Easter, that is.
On a trip to North Wales she was offered the chance to climb Snowdon and she thought, “If I’m going to climb a mountain, then why not start with the highest one in all of England and Wales?”
The pictures shows her near the beginning of the route (the Pyg Track), half way up with the summit in view, and at the top with the Irish Sea in the background.
A tired Kathryn commented at the end of her walk, “Going up was tough – but coming down was even tougher on the leg muscles!”
