Hunslet have today parted company with Head Coach Dean Muir.
CEO Neil Hampshire said: “The Club would like to place on record our thanks to Dean for all his hard work and dedication whilst in the role. He will forever be etched in the Clubs folklore for the way he guided us through the play-offs and into the Championship at the end of last season. Unfortunately, however, results so far this year have fallen short of expectations and the Club has decided that we need to move in a different direction. We’d like to wish Dean all the best for the future.”
Unless the results improved it was going to happen. He gave a great season last year. All the best Dean and thank you.
Doesn’t matter who we get without money nowts Gona happen
Who taking over 4 bulls game
Who taking over 4 weekend match
It’s easy to blame and sack a coach but what about the players .Supporters pay good money to watch the team, but obviously they couldn’t give a monkeys about that ,by looking at the result against London
I am an Oldham fan who watched Hunslet through the playoffs. A great achievement by Dean but it was clear that this season was going to be difficult .
He was on a hiding to nothing and you will not find a better coach at your level.
Good luck Dean.
