Hunslet Hawks RLFC have continued their recruitment drive for 2016 with the addition of utility forward Ben Crane.
Hull based Crane 23 signed for Hull FC in 2011 and joined York City Knights in 2013 before injury ended his season at the Knights. He recently returned to full fitness and completed the current season in the National Conference with Hull Dockers.
Director of Rugby Darren Williams said “Ben is the calibre of player we were looking to bring into our squad for 2016 to freshen things up, he’s been in good systems and in his early 20’s and he wanted another go at the professional game, he has a very good attitude and has some decent size about him as well.
“Jack Lee knows him from his time at York and recommended us to take a look at him and were happy to provide this platform for him to get his career back on track.”
