Hunslet Hawks RLFC are delighted to announce that James Duckworth has signed a 12 month contract extension for 2016. Duckworth joined the club from Leeds Rhinos in February and was hugely influential as the club fought hard against relegation.
Duckworth 21 centre/wing made 15 appearances in 2015 scoring 3 tries and also scored a try in the 2014 Grand Final at Headingley.
Director of Rugby Darren Williams said โJames is very popular amongst the squad and he is a very strong returner of the ball and a good finisher. He is without doubt a top championship performer and to retain his services in league 1 is a real coup for the club.โ
Williams added “Weve got another couple of additions to announce later on this week as our 2016 squad is almost complete.”
