Hunslet RLFC can today announce that they have signed prop forward Trae O’Sullivan from Batley Bulldogs on a month’s loan deal.
O’Sullivan signed for the Bulldogs after making 19 appearances in 2016 for Coventry Bears. Coventry born he was in Leeds Rhinos junior systems and has recently moved back to the Leeds area.
Director of Rugby Darren Williams said “We needed to act quickly to bring in a middle unit with size as we already had Lewis Reed on the treatment table and lost Michael Haley & Jack Coventry with hamstring tears during the game with Coventry Bears at the weekend.
“Trae joins us on loan and he will certainly help fill the void and add some size to our front row.
“I would like to thank Paul Harrison (Batley Bulldogs Chief Executive) for facilitating this move quickly.”
