Hunslet will play in a new look extended AB Sundecks 1895 Cup this season as Betfred League 1 clubs are paired with two Championship clubs in a round robin format.
Hunslet will face Featherstone Rovers and Batley Bulldogs at the South Leeds Stadium on Sunday 28th January and Sunday 18th February (both 3pm) respectively.
The Group winners from all 7 groups and a best placed runner up will go into a Quarter Final on March 3rd, with the eventual finalists playing at Wembley on the same day as the Challenge Cup Final on Saturday 8th June.
Hunslet have a long and friendly history with Batley, ground sharing in the early 80โs at Batleys Mount Pleasant Stadium, whilst the Gallant Youths visited South Leeds for a pre-season friendly last season.
The Parksiders havenโt played Featherstone in a while, but Dean Muir will get a good idea of how his team are progressing against one of the Championships strongest sides.
