Dean Muir’s Parksiders will have to be on it from game one as the Betfred League 1 fixtures were released today (December 3rd).
Hunslet travel to reprieved Newcastle Thunder on Sunday March 17th (3pm) who, after being relegated from the Championship announced they would not be competing in Betfred League 1. However fund raising sees them return with a mouth-watering clash against the Parksiders.
It doesn’t get any easier with a trip to Rochdale followed by back to back home games against Keighley Cougars and Oldham. But you have to face these teams during the season and it may be a good time to play some of who may be the top sides early on.
The introduction of loop fixtures means Hunslet will travel twice to Keighley and Midlands Hurricanes, whilst North Wales Crusaders and Workington Town will make two trips to South Leeds.
Another date for the diary is August 10th when Hunslet make the long trip down to Cornwall.
The whole season cumulates in the Play-offs that run between September 8th -29th , the final being held at the home ground of the earliest final qualifier.
