The Club have been contacted by supporter Andrew Plenderleith to put a shout out for potential bone marrow donors for his daughter Emily.
Emily was diagnosed with leukaemia in October last year. It was thought that she had fought & won her battle. In July this year she was able to ring the bell in the young adult cancer wing in St James’ Hospital.
Unfortunately a mere 6 weeks later the rancid disease had returned. Emily and the family are still fighting and are looking for a bone marrow donor.

Mum Kirstie Plenderleith said: “Even if it didn’t match Emily, it might match someone else who needs a transplant.”
