Hunslet Rugby Foundation in partnership with Leeds Brewery are celebrating a history of Hunslet Rugby League at the historic Garden Gate pub, Hunslet.
A unique insight into the history of the famous Hunslet club will be on show in a specially designated room within the pub. A host of fascinating pictures and stories of the Hunslet club will be displayed. The celebration opening will take place at noon Friday October 24 to the sounds of pub piano and beer at 10p a pint!
Peter Jarvis Chairman of the Hunslet Rugby Foundation Heritage group said: โThis is a fantastic way of celebrating Hunslet Rugby Leagueโs contribution towards our great game and the impact made in the South Leeds area.โ
