Not a lot to report on the 10th February
In 2013, half-back Danny Ansell made his debut at Leigh Centurions. He played with Hunslet for 5 seasons, making 85 appearances and scoring 15 tries, 104 goals and 3 drop goals. He was awarded two Wales caps, and finished his career with Swinton Lions and Dewsbury Rams.
On the representative front, hooker Les White was playing for Great Britain Reds in a tour Trial at Headingley and scored their only try in a 22-3 defeat. Les was later selected for the Tour to Australasia.
1892 and Walter Goldthorpe was on the train to Mosley in the to help Yorkshire beat Midlands Counties 8-0.
In 1911/12, Hull approached Hunslet with a proposal dedicating the league match at the Boulevard to a charity, the South Bank Orphanage. Hunslet agreed and Hull were rewarded with a 10,000 crowd. A trophy was awarded to Hull after their 8-5 victory.

The cup was contested the following season and the match ended 0-0.
