Hunslet Hawks will welcome Leeds Rhinos to the South Leeds Stadium on Friday 8th January to compete for the annual Leeds Brewery Lazenby Cup.
The game will kick off at 8pm and will be the first time the Lazenby Cup has been played on a evening since the Lazenby Cup was reintroduced back in 2003.
The Hawks will be looking for revenge, after the current treble winners came out victorious back in January, when they took the spoils with a 28 points to 14 victory.
Darren Williams commented “It will be great to welcome the Rhinos once again to South Leeds. Our lads will be really looking forward to challenging themselves against the current treble winners.”
“It’s going to be a great challenge for our new look squad and it will again provide us with another tough pre season fixture as we complete our preparation looking ahead to our league campaign.”
Tickets for the match will be priced £10 Adults, £5 Concessions, with Under 16s FREE.
