Hunslet have captured former Keighley Cougars hooker/half-back Billy Gaylor for the 2024 season.
After five seasons with a total of 59 appearances for the Cougars the former Coventry Bears man has been tempted to Hunslet by his former Coach Dean Muir.
“Billy is a player who can play multiple positions with ease” said Muir “His skill level and work rate made him a vital signing for us. He is someone who can play 80 minutes and is a genuine leader. He knows the system and process and is very detailed”.
Gaylor will slot in with former Cougars Aaron Levy, Toby Everett, Aidan Scully and Keenan Dyer-Dixon, along with a host of already established Hunslet players as Muir’s 2024 team starts to take shape.
