Hunslet Rugby League Club are looking to appoint a small number of dynamic and committed Talent Identification Scouts to work across the Yorkshire region.

Tasked with helping to identify players with the potential to play and excel at semi-professional level, candidates will need to have a strong background in either Rugby League playing, coaching or talent identification, in addition to having a sound technical and tactical understanding of the game including positional specific requirements.

Candidates will also need to have knowledge of or be open minded to developing an understanding of mental skills and characteristics, in addition to being organised and effective communicators both in terms of writing player reports and speaking to a wide range of people.

Candidates will need access to a vehicle in order to attend games. These roles are of a voluntary nature with benefits including access CPD opportunities and a club season ticket.
