The Hunslet RLFC ticket system is provided by Go Media and as you will see on the system goes under the name of mysportstickets. There are other clubs in sport that use this system for ticketing at all levels of the professional game.

Tickets are still available to buy on game day from the club reception desk only in the South Leeds Stadium main entrance, card payments preferred, but cash sales also available. Buying online in advance of attending fixtures will reduce queuing getting your tickets direct to your device as soon as you have ordered them. Online purchases will save you time on game day so you can go direct to the turnstiles for entry into the ground.

This guide will endeavour to give you more confidence in buying tickets online:

  1. The very first step is clicking the hyperlink from our website or one of our social media channels to enter the ticketing portal or indeed type it in your web address bar – hunslet.mysportstickets.co.uk
  2. You might get a ‘please wait’ instruction with a moving circle in the middle of the screen initially, don’t panic just wait a few seconds for the system to load up.
  3. You will then have access to what is effectively a home page for purchasing both season tickets and matchday tickets (note individual league match tickets are not on sale yet)
  4. There are currently several ‘tiles’ displayed on this home page – representing the season tickets or a particular fixture.
  5. In order to purchase tickets to your preferred fixture or season ticket please select the ‘buy now’ option for season tickets or ‘buy ticket’ option in relation to the fixture of your choice
  6. You might get a ‘please wait’ instruction with a moving circle in the middle of the screen initially, don’t panic just wait a few seconds for the system to load up.
  7. You will now get upto 15 minutes by the system to complete the purchase of your ticket/s
  8. Once you have clicked on all the tickets you require select ‘checkout’ blue option in the bottom right
  9. You might get a ‘please wait’ instruction with a moving circle in the middle of the screen initially, don’t panic just wait a few seconds for the system to load up.
  10. You will now be transported to a different screen which requires you to ‘sign in’ if you have bought tickets with us previous so important to remember your email address and password. If you do forget your password, click on the forgotten password option in the bottom right. If you have not bought tickets with us online before which is most likely if you are reading this, you will be required to ‘sign up’ bottom left option. The ‘sign up’ option applies to everyone even for one off purchases for away supporters and neutrals.
  11. As part of the registration process, you will be requested to type in the following information – First name, surname, DOB, mobile phone, home phone, house number/name, address, city, postcode, email, confirm email, password, confirm password. Make sure you click – I am not a robot at the end of this 😊
  12. Most importantly regarding stage 11, the author of this document forgot to select from the drop down at the top home or away fan, if you are a neutral you will have to make a decision if you want to be home or away, you also need select your title from the second drop down Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Dr etc (if you don’t select from these options the system won’t let you move through to the next stage)
  13. The system will briefly flash up the fact you have registered
  14. You might get a ‘please wait’ instruction with a moving circle in the middle of the screen initially, don’t panic just wait a few seconds for the system to load up.
  15. You should now be back to the home page.
  16. You go back to stages 5, 6 and 7 now
  17. You cannot follow through with the blue ‘pay now’ option unless you have checked the box above to say you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions
  18. Look over to the left of the screen and input your long number on the front of your card, expiry details and CVC last three digits on the back of the card
  19. Don’t worry about putting anything in the membership number section
  20. From the 3rd box down on the left of the screen select delivery options, there is only one option which is an e-ticket
  21. Instead of clicking the blue ‘checkout’ option as per point 8, select the blue ‘pay now’ option
  22. You should now have been told that the payment has been successful
  23. You will then be given an option to click on orders to show all tickets you have purchased, there are two options, one click on the blue bar at the top to scan your active e-ticket direct from your phone at the turnstile or click the orange e-ticket button to download and/or print out to take along to match day for scanning at the turnstile
  24. If you chose to download the ticket you can save as a PDF on your devise and print off for taking to the appropriate fixture for the turnstile operative to scan
