Hunslet RLFC are delighted to announce that Alpine Aluminium have agreed to become a commercial partner of the club for 2019.

The agreement will see Alpine Aluminium feature on the 2019 Playing shirt as sleeve sponsors as well as also featuring on the player’s shorts.

Alpine Aluminium will also be the main sponsor of Head Coach Gary Thornton, have a significant presence in terms of advertising at the Stadium and have reaffirmed their commitment by sponsoring Marcus Webb who we can also reveal has re-signed for the club for 2019.

Chief Commercial Officer of Hunslet RLFC, Paul Taylor said “This is a significant commercial partnership for the club and we would like to thank, Josh Parkin for the commitment and confidence the company have shown in Hunslet RLFC.

“Alpine Aluminium is a rapidly growing business and we are looking forward to working together in 2019 in a mutually beneficial partnership.”

Alpine Aluminium, with a factory and showroom in Morley, manufacture a premium range of bespoke aluminium bifold doors, sliding doors, windows and roof lanterns and have been seen on Channel 4.

The innovative company are currently expanding and experiencing unprecedented growth.

General Manger of Alpine Aluminium Josh Parkin said “We are pleased to be supporting Hunslet RLFC in 2019 and wish Gary Thornton and the club all the best for the forthcoming season.

“It is a natural fit for us to align with a club that is equally as ambitious as ourselves especially with our employee Marcus Webb re-signing for the club.

“We will be regular attendees at home games and will be introducing our partners to the Hunslet family.”

Hunslet RLFC Director of Rugby, Darren Williams said “Marcus joined us after a successful appearance in our Hunslet Rookie and impressed enough to earn a contract for the 2017 season.

“He went on to make a number of appearances on the wing before he moved to Swinton ahead of the 2018 season to test himself in the Championship.

“He’s been in with us for pre-season and his attitude and hard work have been rewarded with him earning a contract for 2019.”
