Head Coach Dean Muir has recaptured the signatures of two of last season’s most popular players in Jordan Syme and Spencer Darley.

Syme, who was previously at Rochdale Hornets and Siddal normally plays loose forward or second row, but became a man for all seasons last year playing also at half-back and in the centres.

The soon to be 27 year old has featured heavily for the Parksiders over the last two seasons and will be an important cog in the wheel again this year.

Darley, who was previously at Keighley Cougars made an impressive debut last season in a pre-season game against Salford.

The 25 year old is a strong running prop and hit his stride at the end of last season coming off the bench to good effect.

Both players are raring to go for the new season, hoping to get Hunslet back where they belong.
